NEPCON has recently completed 50.1MW Solar Power Plant (Sun Tracking System) connected to K-Electric in Gharo as a back to back contractor for civil, supply, testing & commissioning services with Siemens Pakistan. Plant completed within the record time starting from the on-site installation in October-2019 with final testing and commissioning in the second week of December-2019. The project includes the construction of a 50MW Solar Power Plant on 280 Acre of land. It’s comprises the construction of 132/22kV GIS substation and related infrastructure that includes the installation of tracker system, solar panels, DC combiner Box, 125kW inverters, LV-AC System, 5.6MVA inverter transformers qty 08, RMUs, 22kV switchgear and 50MVA power transformers including the laying & testing of HT & LT cable of all 08 stations interconnection with RMU and inverter transformer.
Safe and successful completion of works enabled us to meet the client "Gharo Solar Power Limited” target Commercial Operation Date (COD) on December 22, 2019.
